Week 9 - Day 3

Ok, so nothing much happened the last few days as we are all now officially in the CNY mood... and no one want to work at all!!!

So,, more drawings, more project.. oh ya, something really funny happened this morning. Ms Teh, our boss, (GT TEH) kinda asked me to mock up a really small component on solid works. So, first i went all the way down to the machining room and asked them to help me remove the part. Of cause, we had to wait for them to do so, so i sat there, started talking with the people downstairs who were in charged of tool-lings and stuff. And yes, of cuase, everyone was talking about bonus, and CNY.... same as what we do upstairs... XD

ok, so i got my part, went back up, and started mocking things up, did my drawings and let HC checked through my work. And boy, that's when the funniest thing happened! HC told me that i needed to put in the so call "chipping" part, where there were like teeth grids in the component so that it's be able to fit into the next one properly?? Well, i could have used the hard way and just draw it up on solid works, but HC wanted to teach my how to insert appearance instead. And because i was using solid works 2010... no one knew how to add the appearance in!! Even my boss NG had no idea!! So we were pressing here and there, and suddenly, I SOLVED IT!! amazing huh??!! LOL...

So i managed to get the drawings done on time, and sent it back to GT TEH.. XD. That's it! What else do you expect?? It's CNY soon!! No one's gonna work in this condition... including me!! Oh i can't wait till cny gets here!! This is gonna be so GOOD!!! A weeks off and we start work on a tuesday!!! YES!!

Week 8 - Day 4 & Day 5

Sry guys... totally forgotten about blogging last night as Well, there's nothing much to blog on actually, except learning new numetic diagrams and stuff.

So finally i get my new project, designing a tester that tests a reliability of a button, with yes of cause adding electrical components to it! And boy, i'm still stuck at the stage at how do i get my product to move on the machine with X and Y coordinate!!?? Still thinking about it.

Ok, so there's this company dinner tmr night, and i said yes that i'll be going. Only problem is, my MC just came this morning. So right now i'm just hopping that i don't get a SERIOUS tummy cramp tmr. I have a feeling i will. Man, i hate going out whn i have this bloody thing going around. Don't you just feel so UNCOMFORTABLE??? I do!!! EWW!!! Really hope nothing happens, and yet with so many guys around, I'm DEAD!! T.T

Week 8 - Day 3

So.. finally learned how to draw a numetic diagram. And since no one was in a working mood... NO WORK! neh, i'm just kidding.... i was doing my enrollment for uni for my subs,, discussing it with tina about what classes should we take in order to have the same one together. XD

And since it was Friday, me and my colleagues went out for some SING TIME FUN! Yup, karaoke again!! but it was really GREAT!! i mean it! Wonderful.... XD LOL.... And it was my first time, going out till 2am! Thank god they fetched my back, otherwise i'm definitely gonna die!! LOL...

Week 8 - Day 2

I've done something fun today. Playing with some electrical components. I mean hell ya, i should be taking electrical engineering instead! But anyway, it was still an easier way to learn. I mean, i was looking at the manual list on how the relay switch and timer worked, and oh boy, that was like ALIEN language to me!! TOTALLY!!!

And so, i got to play with the circuit, with a switch and a timer and a light.... Now let's just hope he really doesn't just asks to come up with my own design. It looks so complicated!!! I know i'm gonna get into trouble again!! I just now it!!

Well, we're going to neway again tmr to sing some songs! Just can't wait to go in there n enjoy myself till late at night!!! XD GO GIRL!! XD

Week 8 - Day 1

Boss came back today, and i finally can close my 2d drawings!! FINALLY!!! XD

So, HC told me that he's gonna give me new work to do tmr. Something to do with designing a circuit things or something. He said it should be simple, but i think it's gonna kill me!!! I do.... oh how i wish i was doing assembly right now, i mean, how can my boss even say that there's not much to do downstairs?? When i mentioned downstairs i mean the assembly workshop. It felt so much better there. XD

Anyway, it's suppose to be a public holiday tmr, so why is our company always treating us like slaves???!! I mean, it's surpose to be a holiday!! And a working day!! Can't we get at least one day off??!!! URGH!! Let's just hope that we have a long break for CNY thn shall we??? Oh man...

Week 7 - Day 5

Ok, tuesday it is.. and my supervisor came back.. which means.. more solid works to do today. And boy, if you guys were to see what i have in my notes just for 2d drawings... AMAZING LONG!!!

and yeah, that's kinda just what i did today, nothing else.... so... i'm going to bed now. I know this is such a boring post isn't it? I mean, why do i even bother posting this up??? Hmm~

Week 7 - Day 4

YES... my supervisor wasn't in today... so mi kinda spent my whole morning chatting with my friends. And YES... i finally got some new work to do after lunch.

I was called down to the assembly line to help assemble a project part. And well i should say it was the easiest task that i was asked to do!! No seriously!! It's so damn easy... the only thing is that u really need to try putting things together as quickly as possible because this... is all about speed and presecion. But, just by following the model, and fixing the whole fixture together ain't that bad. I mean, if something doesn't really fit it's gonna be the designers fault right?? He designed it, so how the hack can that be MY fault??

But the guys were all good, they kinda nearly did everything cause machinery, boy i tell you how heavy those things were!! Man! How do you expect a girl to carry so much stuff??

But still, we managed to fix up the part, so.. every thing's almost done!! I would say it was a splendid day, having such a fun time in the pantry as well, eating bak kua sandwiches my colleagues did.. XD Good day... XD

Week 7 - Day 3

Ok, so i've skipped blogging the past few days, main reason because i didn't do anything much at all... and i yeah, i was on MC for 2 days!!! today's actually my first day back at work again so do not expect much from me guys.

And what i've done today?? my sup just checked through my 2d drawings and found out that there were several problems in my design. Oh come on!! How was i suppose to know?? I thought it was right, so i went on with it!! Who the hack knew there were so many stuff in there??!!

Anyway, i finished up my drawings by 6.15pm, and i went straight home after that, so really, i didn't do much at all!! And to add the fact that my office was so EMPTY.... who the hack has the mood to go on working in an empty office?? I mean, there were so many people on MC... and some went home because no one was working, so how do you... expect me.. to work??!!!

Well at least i went back to work today, and thank god it's a saturday tomorrow!! YEE HA!!! XD

Week 6 - Day 4

Today, went to work with a really sleepy head... i mean REALLY!! i was so sleepy that i nearly fell asleep right in front of my pc!! And i had this terrible, horrible tummy ache that i couldn't go at all. Thank god my sup told me to do a 2d drawing based on the project that i did last week, and while i was doing it, i finally managed to go to the toilet!! AWESOME!! And i wasn't sleepy anymore after that!! XD

And yea, that was pretty much what i did for the whole day, 2d drawings... and i'm still not done with it yet. Going to try finishing it up tomorrow, slowly.... as i have a feeling i'm gonna have a few mistakes, and my sup's gonna be super busy with his project again.....

Well, let's hope for the best tmr thn shall we??? XD

Week 6 - Day 3

OK, so i don't have much to write today since my sup was SUPPER busy with his work. And all i did was write out my final report.. Oh come on, it's already week 6!! You don't expect me to write a report at the very last day of work than right??

Yes, it's week 6... 6 more weeks to go and that's it!! I'm done!! Wow, who knew i could get through this lengthy tiring process without giving up??? XD Let's hope i get to learn something new on monday thn ok??

Week 6 - Day 2

YES!!! I managed to finish up the whole project!! Finally!!! And my supervisor went out for a meeting till 4pm!!! Which meant i had almost the entire day off! XD Amazing??

So i managed to finish everything... XD Great huh?? and even better.. I FINALLY GOT MY PAY!!! yes yes.. even thought is not alot of money.. but still IT'S STILL MY PAY!! I first ever BIG PAY!!! I Love this!!! <3<3<3

And tomorrow is finally a friday!!! And it's dad's birthday.... so should i use my first ever salary to treat him?? Hmm...

Week 6 - Day 1

Ok, now i know that i won't be getting my pay any time soon, because everyone has gotten theirs!! Except ME!!! T.T So sad to hear that isn't it??

Well anyway, finally stepping into week 6, and Yes!! I finally understood what the hack he was talking about!!! I finally solved my spring problems.. all that's left right now is to just assembly everything in and that's it!! Let's hope he doesn't go checking into any mistake that i missed out again. I hate it when he does that, it just pulls down my big ego. Yea yea, i have a BIG ego.. so what?? XD

Calculations done! Phew.. man, if next time, i have to calculate those springs again,i'm gonna jump right of the building! I'm serious!! hope he doesn't come in saying that there's another error here and there or something tomorrow. Fingers Crossed!! XD Finally week 6.. and here i come!! XD

Week 5 -Day 5

Hello guys. Yes i'm back from KL and finally back in the office once again....

So, besides getting kicked out of my own pc for nearly the whole morning by an old colluege (he needed to use the pc.. so... gosh!!) i nearly got scolded by my supervisor because of HIM/.. teaching me the wrong stuff last week!!

Yes!! I cleary asked him weather or not was that right or wrong and he just didn't say anything!! And now he's blaming me for not asking him!! Weather or not i don't know how to do it!! GOSH!! He was the one that gave me the wrong ideas in the first place.. and now i'm stuck redoing the whole enter top piece and the springs again!! Yea.. thanks alot guy!!!

Anyway, just got back home and i feel so freaking tired!! I'm going to bed soon.. after i watch 2 epi's of "Ai Qing Liang Hao San Huai" .... u know.. the show done by Tony Sun of 5566... yea.. i'm so falling in love with them again!! LOL!! Back to the times when i was just in high school.. ah....
